Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In Groin And Abdominal Pain

I have a high white blood cell count sine July and it is increasing and my Hb is dropping and a swollen lymph node in my groin. I have no answers from the doctors. I feel ill and now I have skin that is sore to the touch on my leg but no marks or rash or redness. I have abdominal pain but a CT with contrast of my abdomen has shown nothing out of the ordinary. I spent 2 days in the hospital.They have no answers for. Should I be worried?

you seem to be having some infection and as a result of that lymphadenitis
is the swollen lymph node sore very sore on touch
is there ant red streaks on the thigs and legs
please let us know so that we can get a clearer picture
