Hi There, I have swollen lymph node in the left neck below ear.. TB skin test shows positive & blood report (complete blood count) is completely normal. The FNAC microscopic findings: Smear shoss sheets of lymphocytes, lymphoblasts, macrophages, few plasma cells and histiocytes. The impression is Mixed cell reaction . What could this mean? am i infected with TB?? What is the best way forward?

Thanks for your query. I have gore through your query.
The enlarged lymphnodes can be because of the tuberculosis infection.
You can consult a specialist in infectious diseases, and get it treated with a course of antitubercular drugs. Mean while you can get The Interferon Gamma Release Assays to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope i have answered your query. Take care
