Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node With Dizziness And Headaches

Hi I have a swollen lymph node under my left arm and I have had some type of dizziness/vertigo on and off since December of last year. The dizziness has been at its worst now for it has not gone away and it started about 2 weeks ago. The dizziness is not making my head spin, it s more of lack of stability and hazy. I also get headaches now and then and there seems to be tension. I feel like my forehead is being squished and I have to think about relaxing it to get relief. Have you heard of anything like this?

HI.
You have varied complex of problems. You have got a lymph node in arm pit. Since you have not described other symptoms , this looks to be long standing and painless and can be there due to a chronic problem like Tuberculosis, Cancer, lymphoma or so.
This in turn is giving you the So-called dizziness which you have described to be lack of stability and haziness.
Get fully investigated by doing all the blood, urine works; FNAC of the axilla node, CT of the brain and the mastoids to rule out any mass , tumor or tuberculosis.
The treatment will depend upon the reports of the investigations which should give us a specific cause.
