Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes Throughout The Body

Hello I have swollen lymph nodes throughout my whole body. My face, neck,collar bone, under arms, chest, Legs and arms. I get nauseated if I lay down and put pressure on the back of my neck and am extremely exhausted. It really seemed to come on suddenly and besides feeling drained of energy and my body aches I don t have a fever.

I understand your concern.
Enlarged lymph node throughout the body might be due to may reasons and is almost always suggestive of significant underlying disease.
Some kind of blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma or other malignancy, infections like HIV, tuberculosis and many other viral infections, some kind of autoimmune disease may be a cause for the same.
You have not mentioned your age and sex. So it is very difficult to suggest some differential diagnoses.
I suggest you should consult a doctor without delay and undergo a complete workup.
