Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes

hi
i have some glands close to genital area neck and my jaws are paining too much ,too much saliva is coming.I have too much fatigue and stress and last month i diagnosed by iritis disease and i check online i think it is Swollen Lymph Glands i tried kachnar google,gandhak tablet and trikuta but nothing work .Please tell me any solution Please help me.
