General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection. The swollen lymph nodes are usually related to an infection. I suggest doing a blood test for further evaluation.

Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the swollen lymph nodes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
