Suggest Treatment For Swollen Montgomery Gland On Breast
I am not pregnant and havent been for over three years. About a year ago I noticed a swollen montgomery gland on my left breast. It is an off while color, kind of like it is filled with puss but there isnt a head on it. Like I said it has been there for a little over a year. It isnt sore or tender either. It kind of has me worried. Any ideas??

it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. it may be a simple mastitis (inflammation of the breast) but other problems, such as breast abscess or tumor lesions, must also be ruled-out. diagnostics such as breast ultrasound and mammography may be requested for further evaluation of the problem. management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.
