Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain swollen glands in neck along with a recent history of having ear infection that is swimmer's ear and now having tooth infection..

Well, the glands are appearing to be swollen due to tooth infection and although you are taking antibiotics that will help in reducing infection but if the tooth is not treated then the infection can flare up again and again leading to swollen lymph nodes and also pain and swelling..

So my suggestion is to get an x ray of tooth done and if tooth can be saved Root Canal treatment can be done followed by antibiotics and painkillers for relief..
In case of gross decay extraction can be advised..
Do cool compresses over the glands and take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
