Suggest Treatment For Swollen Neck/underarm With History Of TB

Hi there is swelling on left side of my neck & on my left underarm. Its from inside & not paining but size is increasing. I am 31 year old man & when I was 15years old I had TB problem. That time I took 1&1/2 year full treatment. After that it was over. Please suggest as I am loosing weight also.
