Suggest Treatment For Swollen Painful Knees

I am a younger teenager. My knee is bruising at random and it is painful to run, walk, and even bend at times. It buckles frequently and it is a scattered pain. It has been hurting ALOT lately. I am positive it isn't growing pains. Slightly swollen. Is something wrong with it?
