I have a swollen prostate gland with four half way healed spots on the shaft of my penis. Its like my meat is showing.they are very small. I am taking antibiotics for it now. Kindly let us know your age. How did you know that it is prostate enlargement? Have you got any test done? You have not described properly the kind of lesion you have on penis. Visual examination of the lesion is a must for diagnosis, as well as you need to get CUE, USG -Abdomen done to diagnose your problem.
