Suggest Treatment For Swollen, Red And Bleeding Vagina

my girlfriend is suffering from vaginal infection from past 9 days first the she suffered from continuous bleeding and redheads on her vagina then after usage of anti-bleeding medicine it stopped but now the vagina is swelling and the redheads are increasing please help us. we cant go and meet any gynecologist physically due to domestic reasons.
