Suggest Treatment For Swollen Testicle After A Bout Of Food Poisoning

Two days ago I experienced a bad bout with food poisioning/food bourne illness. I becamed very ill just seconds after eating KFC. My stomach/back had severe excrutiating pains. I became nauseated an threw up all over the place. I was popping sweat and having chills. Now one of my testicles is swollen. I'm feeling better, but still a little weak and my stomach is still a little tender.

I am 47 yoa, african american male, 6'3, 285. My family history is prostate cancer in males.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
You don't have to worry about family history of prostate cancer and your symptoms. With a swollen testis, which is tender, you've a severe inflammation there, which needs urgent treatment. See your doctor/Urologist, who'll do an Ultrasound doppler scan of the scrotum, and blood tests to confirm the diagnosis.Keep the scrotum in a supported position, so the testis don't hang downwards. You can take a paracetamol tablet before seeing the doctor, unless you've an allergy.
