Suggest Treatment For Swollen Tonsil And Lymph Node Below Ear

I had a sore throat for more than a 5 weeks now. I have swollen tonsil on the right side of my neck. Also I recently developed a lymph node below my ear. It all started when I had sex, where I performed oral sex on a girl. I have taken amoxicillin and azithromicin. I still feel the swelling on the right side of my tonsil and overall malaise?

Hello
Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear there is a possibility of transmission of std through oral sex if your partner have syphilis, herpes and gonorrhea.

It may be a simple viral pharyngitis with tonsillitis.

Consult your doctor he will examine the lesions and send the throat culture and treat accordingly.
