Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain swollen tonsils along with stuffy nose can be due to viral infection leading to symptoms of cold along with Tonsllitis and Pharyngitis..

As you have extremely swollen tonsils they might cause obstruction in breathing as well as cause disturbed sleep and snoring..

You need to take a proper treatment to resolve the symptoms..

As of now do warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also do gargles with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..

For confirmation of the exact cause consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Throat swab culture can help in diagnosis..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen, doing warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and using a humidifier in your room can help..
You can also suck throat lozenges, chew Vitamin C pellet and avoid spicy and chilled foods..
For congestion Take a combination of decongestant like Phenylephrine, mucolytic like Ambroxol and anti allergic levocetrizine..
Nasal sprays containing Xylometazoline and saline nasal irrigation will help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
