Suggest Treatment For Swollen Tonsils, Glands And Violent Cough

I have swollen tonsils and glands and coughing violently till I gag. Tested neg (fast test, but hard to swab due to gagging) for strep but got amoxicillin cuz I feel so bad. Day 3 and getting worse. Took guffenisen with codeine and ibuprofen for pain. Can I take all 3 together?

You can take them all together but if you're not better in two more days you may need a different antibiotic
