As per your symptoms you are suffering tonsillitis & sore throat. Pain during yawning or swallowing may be there
Following treatment may be done.
1.Salt Water Gargle- Mix 1 tsp of salt with warm water in a glass. Gargle for roughly 15-20 seconds and spit out. You can repeat this as needed for 2-3 days. Remember to spit the water rather swallowing it.
2.Take anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen/acetaminophen it will reduce pain & swelling.
