Suggest Treatment For Swollen Vagina And White Discharge

Hi, very recently I have been experiencing a discomfort down there. My clitoris seems to have swollen a lot, I mean a lot a lot and I ve been having white chunky discharge as well. It doesn t hurt when I urinate or at all much really just a discomfort while walking sitting etc. I am sexually active but haven t done so recently. Is this a uti? Or something more serious?
