Suggest Treatment For Swollen Vagina

hello! I woke up this morning with my left labia swollen. it hurts a bit when I sit in different positions, of course. But I have no itch and I haven't noticed any unusual discharges or any pustule of any kind...it's just swollen and a little red. thank you!!
