Suggest Treatment For Symmetrical Swollen Fingers

Sir, My mother is 65 yrs old.Suffering from symmetrical swollen fingers from last 2 months.Also pain in shoulders.Swelling in foot ankles but occasional. RA test negative,Blood test OK, Doctors advised physiotherapy.Doing for 2 months but no relief. Pls advice.Thanks in advance.Pawan Sharma
