Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Food Poisoning

My roommate has had a slight cold and flu lately, but today morning, she vomit yesterday s dinner and complained of a really bad abdomen pain. She also mentions of having diarrhea. The tablet CYCLOPAM helps when I have similar stomach issues but wanted to cross-check if it s okay for her to take, since she s showing signs of food poisoning (although she didn t eat anything unusual from outside, just the hostel dinner) Please help as I don t know what to do.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Yes it is food poisoning. Cyclopam is anti-spasmodic. It will help in relieving pain but it won’t help in clearing infection.
Advice
1.     Tablet Norflox – TZ every 12 hours for 3 days
2.     Dicyclomine (Cyclopam) 20 mg every 8 hours per oral for pain
3.     Tablet Crocin 500 mg per oral if fever occurs
4.     Electral powder – mix in 1 liter of water and drink frequently
5.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
6.     Investigation – R/E of stool
If diarrhea/pain worsens despite above treatment then go to hospital for further management.
Thanks
