Suggest Treatment For Symptoms Of Hypothyroidism

I have been on levothyroxian for 24years since the removal of my right lobe. I am showing symptoms of hypothyroidism (weigh gain, tired, dry skin, mood swings, hair loss) but my blood work is on the high end of acceptable range. What other options are available to me.
