Hi, Had infection in lower tibia a few months back from blunt object. Antibiotics cleared it up after a week & finished course. 2 mths later everything seemed fine as I train 5 to 6 days a week,had a Colonoskipy this may not have anything to do with what is going on With leg though 2 days later my leg started to hurt after training in the original spot where the infection was. X ray & blood test were all clear.Bone scan was highly suspicious of osteomyelitis though there is no redness Where the area of pain is but the pain is isolated to that one area.I have pitting edema in that area. Orthopedic hospital surgeon thinks it may be some type of bone bruising or periostitis. There is a small lump & a dull ache constant in my leg which range from 2 to 5 out of ten pain. It s been two months of pain & does not seem to get better just stays the same. The doctors want to see me in 2 mths but this seems too long as I feel like they don t know what it is. The rest of my body is fine & as I said 2 blood test came back fine. Would love another opinion Cheers Matt
