Suggest Treatment For Syncope Episodes

I have suffered from migraines since age 10. for the most part they have been controlled well with imetrex pills and injections prn. this year has been extremely worse. and in the last 3 weeks have had 8 syncope episodes. lasting just a few minutes the best that I can tell. getting an appt with a neurologist takes weeks and in pt hospitalization is not an option. any suggestions ???
