Suggest Treatment For Synkinesis Around The Eye

Hi, i was struck down by Bells Palsy two years ago. Luckily my face resmued it's normal look but i developed synkinesis around the eye, so now my eye squints whenever i try to smile and i can't lift up the corner of my mouth (all this on the left side) so my face looks slightly distorted when i try and smile. Who can help me? I asked my doctor about this a few months ago and he had no idea wha i was talking about. Who do i go to for help?
