Suggest Treatment For Syringomyelia And Scalp Itchiness

I have itchy scalp but no dandruff. I have severe syringomyelia and my body is on fire most of the time presently. The itchy scalp awakens me nearly every night with no external dandruff but the nerves in my body are being destroyed. Is the itchy scalp caused by the syringomyelia ?????

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the itching of scalp and then it is most of the time due to dandruff, or it could be due to dermatitis (Seborrheic) ideally such condition needs clinical examination, till then Miconazole with Beclomethasone cream can be used, hope this information helps.
