Suggest Treatment For Tachycardia And Hypertension

I was prescribed ATENOLOL 25 mg to control blood pressure and heart rate. I am very sentive to medication. This one is making me nervous in the stomach. Can you sugest a different medication that I can discuse with my doctor. Before this one I was taking a beta blocker laberol. thank you rudi

Dear Rudi,

You can discuss with your doctor the possibility of bisoprolol or metoprolol.
And if you have stomach problem when you can discuss with your doctor the possibility of prescribing medication for it as well.
