My BP sometimes go up. Last i checked it was 145/104. Is this something to be concerned about. I also have a tachycardia issues. My heartbeat goes upto 135-145 beats when usually it is 72bpm. Should I be concerned. I was referred to a cardialogist and she mentioned that there is nothing to worry about. When i have these symptoms, i feel fatigued.

NORMAL BP IS LESS THAN 140/90-YOURS IS SLIGHT HIGH. NORMAL HEART BEAT IS 70 TO 90 -YOURS IS VERY HIGH. ONLY ONE DRUG BETA BLOCKER IS ENOUGH TO CONTROL BOTH. YOUR DOCTOR WOULD PERFORM E C G. AVOID SMOKING,ALCOHOL,COFFEE,COLA,FAST FOOD. TAKE FRESH FRUITS. REDUCE SALT, FAT IN DIET. CONSULT DIETITIAN . DO EXERCISE REGULARLY. CONTROL YOUR WEIGHT.
