Suggest Treatment For Tailbone Injury

sir, I have injured on my coccyx region (tail bone) before 3 years ago. After few days of accident, I felt pain in my cervical region, extending to left arm with numbness of index finger & thumb. During the three years, I have used many kinds of pain killers in huge quantity i.e. ibuprofen, diclofenic sodium&potassium mafanic acid, paracetamol etc. diagnosed by physicians. During this I was suffer from fibro cyst disease, a painful lump inside of my chest under nipple ( I think by the excess of antibiotics & pills of different kinds). I have removed it with a surgical operation.
Nowadays I am suffering from spinal nerves; I can't sit with out any back support. I am feeling several/chronic pain in my pelvic parts, hip joints and back bones with low fever.
I am a low paid servant (a school teacher) and can't afford costly tests and medicines. Please help me !
I have nothing to pay; is there any person/downer to help me.
