Suggest Treatment For Tailbone Pain With Burning Sensation

Hi. Im having a problem with the bone at top of my buttock, inside crack. Is this the tailbone? I can feel the bones through skin. Ive had this for a while. The bone broke the skin causing burning when I touched area. When I separated my buttox, there was a red mark with the burning. Now there is a small dark "hole" and buring. The bone came through skin alittle. The hole was bleed alittle the other day. The bleeding is better now. What is this and how can I treat it? I may have fallen on it a while ago. I also have poor posture. Could this have caused this?
