Suggest Treatment For Tailbone Pain

I am having problem in near area of my butt you can say above the tail line or u can say next to ass,..sorry but cannot help this any more it sometimes pain than suddenly pain is gone again in middle it started and now from last week continued it is paining can you please tell me what it is as i can not see any boil or anything like that only when i touch that area it pain it i move upwords the skin it feels sometime as a small very small something touching me...what what it is i don't know what to so
