Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain excessive exposure to sun can lead to sun tanning that occurs due to presence of ultraviolet radiations..
It is generally reversible is proper sun protection precautions are followed as well as limiting sun exposure, but however if tanning is in excess, it can take a long time to resolve..
I would suggest you to start applying SPF 50 containing sunscreen lotion whenever you are exposed to sun..
You should also wear full sleeved clothes and cover your face and neck with a scarf when going into sun..
You should start taking body steam atleast twice a week and once you are done with it take a soft towel and gently and face scrub exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin..
You should also exfoliate your skin with a body a week..
You can also apply creams containing Glycolic acid, kojic acid, vitamin E and arbutin..
Take Vitamin E supplements..
You can also go for chemical peelings and Photofacial..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
