Suggest Treatment For Tarlov Cyst

I flipped over the handles of a 4-=wheeler and landed on my back. It has been 2 years ago. No insurance. Have mri from 07 which show tarlov cyst on s-1. on left side. Right side hurts so much, just above my rear and up on the right side of my spine. When I stand up within 5 minutes my back is killing me on both sides. Seriously. I need a mri, can't afford one w/o ins. Had ins previously am afraid I will get turned down in ins if I apply. Pre existing.?I previously has ins, and have had 4 steroid inj on the s-1 nerve root. Help what should I do if I can't afford mri. I need a dr now.
