Suggest Treatment For Taste And Smell Disorder

hi sir am musthafa 24 old. sir now am fear abt my character. bcz after the accident, I can feel I cant contrll my feelings. Now I lose my dearest one bcz of these. i dont know why?

sir after my sugry, my discharge summery....closed head injury with bicompartmental EDH(supra and infra tentorial) with occupital bone fracture(Lt. side) with raised icp......and more. sir after that i cant feel taste, smell..........as before. k no problem but I cant control me. Now I lose who love me a lote. so pls can u answer me
