Suggest Treatment For Tear In Anterior Labrum Of Hip Joint

Hello, My MRI shows a bone island in the left iliac bone

Also, a tear in the anterior labrum of left hip with paralabral cyst.

I have had lower back pain and difficult to lift my left leg and left groin clicks which is bothersome. Any suggestions until I go to see a specialist on April 6th. My doctors nurse only reads what is on my reports which I have and she does not explain to me the cause or the care I should do. Thanks
