Suggest Treatment For Tear In The Penis Head

I have a serious problem with my skin across the top of my penis, I had it tear on me once when I thought my partner wasnt aroused enough but we tried again and I got her very wet I inserted my penis in her vagina but it would only go about half way in then it felt like there was something stopping me going in all the way like i usually do, I am very worried could there be something up with my partner, the second time we tried it was 3 weeks after the first tear and we had to stop because it tore again slightly.. please help!!

Yes, there is a possibility your partner is having uterine prolapse or some growth inside vagina. Take her for a check up to an OBGYN doctor.
