Suggest Treatment For Tear On Labia Minora And Swelling After Intercourse

I'm a sexual active 22 year old in good health. 5'6'' and 135 lbs. Two days ago, I noticed a tear on each of my labia majors after intercourse. It is very painful and red down in my vagina area now and my clitoris is swollen. Then today I noticed 3 white bumps on my labia minora that weren't there just last night. I can't tell if they hurt b/c everywhere hurts. What could this possibly be?!
