Suggest Treatment For Tear On The Abdominal Wall

My cousin is in the hospital with a tear in his abdominal wall. They say he will have surgery. Is this dangerous as he has severe cirrhosis of the liver, a hernia, Hep C and low blood platelets. He s been having paracentesis with albumin treatment every two weeks draining around 3-4 liters of fluid out each time. Worried.

cirrhosis means liver failure . As a result he is not able to make albumin. Also blood clotting factors are not made in sufficient quantities. I am afraid it is a worrisome situation. also if emergency surgery is undertaken with low platelets and albumin it's quite risky
