Suggest Treatment For Tearing In Lower Part Of Vagina

hi im 20, and bout 5'3 at 65kgs. im experiencing a sort of tearing stretched feeling on the lower part of my vaginal entrance during penetrative activities. The pain normally lasts a couple of days before going away. Whats wrong with me? its getting fairly uncomfortable and ild like to know how to fix it.
