Suggest Treatment For Tears On The Penile Foreskin

I have a few tears on the foreskin of my penis. I recently took an male enhancement pill before having sex and also used a penis ring during intercourse to prolong my ejaculation and to make me bigger in width. I do this often sonetimes for long periods of time. Should i be worried this the first time this has happened to me..

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Few tears what you are noticing on the penile foreskin are abrasions caused due to excess mechanical force used during intercourse.
Kindly do the following to overcome the same.
1. Wash the region with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin cream over the lesions.
3. Apply moisturizer cream or lotion over the area at bedtime.
4. Abstain from sexual activities till the lesion heals completely.
Maintain good personal hygiene. You should be able to overcome the problem by undertaking above measures.
