Suggest Treatment For Teeth Pushed Back By 3cms After Wearing Twin Blocks

Hi I got twin blocks at the start of October and I wore them none stop I went back to the clinic in dec they told me my teeth got pushed back 3cm and after that I haven't realy worn them much i don't know why I've put them back in today my next appointment is at the start of feb any ideas on what will happen
