Suggest Treatment For Temple Pain

hi over the past three days ive been having slight jabbing pains in my temples ive been learning about brain tumors recently and it has really freaked me out im 15 and suffer from GAD but ive been feeling nauscious and thrown up once ive been having slight pains behind my eyes when looking at light too could you tell me what this is?
