Suggest Treatment For Tender And Painful Knees After Falling Down

I was playing Volleyball yesterday, and i ran after the ball. I ended up losing my balance and i hurt my right knee. its on the left side of my right knee, and it really doenst look swollen, but its very tender and hurts to walk and put pressure on it. Is it a torn Mensicus?
