Suggest Treatment For Tenderness In The Knee
Hi Doctor,
I got hit in the thigh just my knee last Thursday. I iced it and took all the proper procedures to bring down the swelling.
The thing is that I continued to play on it Saturday night (bad I know), but where I was hit initially is fine , but the inside of my knee is real tender to the touch and when I walk.
What can I do?
