Suggest Treatment For Tendonitis In The Left Knee

I have been suffering from what I thought was tendonitis in my left knee (medial). no injury, just soreness and a need to keep it straight . this week I in intense pain and there s a large bruise next to my kneecap and a squishy lump in front of my kneecap. Not sure what to do

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to tendinitis.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen for pain.

I also recommend stretching exercises to relieve the symptoms of tendinitis.
