Suggest Treatment For Termination Of Pregnancy

I am a 23year old female who jst discovered about her pregnancy. For months I have been going to doctors who told me it was just an infection. Well, to get to the point. I am in desperate need for an abortion for my job and reputation is at stack. Abortion in Dubai is illegal nd so is pregnancy out of marriage. Please help. I am currently 18weeks pregnant calculating from my last period

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have got pregnant and you want abortion for that, well i don't recommend abortions. If you are not prepared you should take proper preventive methods to avoid it. Need not to worry. Now i would suggest you to take Unwanted kit which is used for the medical method of abortion. this contains the tablets mifepristone and misoprostol which is an effective method of abortion for pregnancies less than 7 weeks gestation. The main complication associated with abortions is severe bleeding, pain abdomen and retained products which might require surgical evacuation in your case as you are 18 weeks pregnant. I would suggest you to do it under supervision of medical practitioner after getting transvaginal ultrasonography.
