My 10 year old son has been complaining of testicle pain on and off for a few days. He said it started about a week ok, stopped for 5 or 6 days, but has started again. It hurts him enough that he actually showed it to me but I don t see any bruising or any abnormalities. Any ideas?

Since this is very rare to have pain at 10 years, you should get urgent ultrasonography and color Doppler examination done as well as urine and blood tested and consult an Urologist or Pediatric Surgeon.
