Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain

Sir after masterbation I felt discomfort in my left teste. I m 20 years old. There is not any large pain but discomfort in left teste. I m having this discomfort for more than 1 day. There is lesser discomfort now. Is there any problem. I don t see any significant swelling. Sir please tell me is it a problem.
