Welcome to health care magic.

1.In a post operative case of orchidectomy ( testicular removal) pain in the contralateral testis could be infective process or recurrence of previous disease.
2.You have not mentioned the reason for the orchidectomy. That would have been helpful.
3.In this case i would recommend to get an ultrasound scrotum that will help us to know the cause weather recurrence or simple inflammatory condition.
4.The treatment will depend on the findings, if inflammatory a course of antibiotic will be helpful.
5.Regarding help in treatment mail me to ganeshssr@gmail.com , i will send you the details of the doctor. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
