hii
i have pain in my right testicle ,actually i had injury at same place few months back bt i didnt paid any attention towards it and the size of right testcle gt increased bt suddnly now it again started paining.......plz help me wt shud i do now.....

HI.
The history of the trauma is very old- few months back, which may not be the reason for the pain now.

Since you have got pain with swelling , you need to consult a surgeon / Urologist to get a proper clinical diagnosis, which can be a torsion or so, and get an urgent ultrasonography and color doppler examination to see whether there is infective pathology or torsion. Torsion needs urgent surgery to save the testis,
Infection needs additional blood and urine reports and a long course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines, scrotal support, best rest and so on. .
